Series of Truck Mounted Special Boiler

The truck-mounted special boiler is a horizontal direct-fired forced-circulation water-tube unit rated at 1000 kW, 700 kW or 350 kW heat output. Maximum working pressure is 20 MPa on the 1000 kW build and 6 MPa on the 700 and 350 kW builds, with a 200 C working temperature on all three and clean water as the working medium. The fire tubes are 20G steel at 42, 32 or 25 mm wall sections, and the whole package rides on an off-road chassis to deliver hot, pressurized water to wellbore flushing, paraffin removal and pipeline maintenance jobs that cannot wait for a fixed steam line.

Core advantages

Designed around the operating requirement.

350 to 1000 kW Heat Output

The three builds deliver 350, 700 and 1000 kW of heat, sizing a light paraffin-rig truck against a high-rate wellbore flush without carrying more plant than the job needs.

20 MPa on the 1000 kW Build

Working pressure runs 20 MPa on the 1000 kW unit and 6 MPa on the 700 and 350 kW, matching the higher-pressure wellbore flush to the hottest, highest-output skid.

200 C on Every Build

All three units hold a 200 C working temperature on clean water, the outlet that melts wax and lifts wellbore viscosity whether the truck is the 350 or the 1000 kW size.

Forced-Circulation Water-Tube Design

A direct-fired, forced-circulation water-tube arrangement keeps water moving through the 20G tubes under pump pressure rather than relying on natural convection, which holds outlet temperature steady at a set firing rate.

20G Fire Tubes, 25 to 42 mm

Tube sections are 20G steel at 25, 32 or 42 mm wall, chosen per build for pressure and heat duty and the consumable the field tubesmith stocks for repairs.

Off-Road Chassis Mounted

The boiler, burner and high-pressure water circuit ride on one off-road chassis, so a remote wellhead or pipeline flange gets hot pressurized water without building a fixed steam plant at site.

  • Safety: pressure, temperature and flame interlocks confirmed for the region.
  • Winter and heat provisions on Series of Truck Mounted Special Boiler: low-temperature start, heat preservation and coating matched to the region.
  • Documentation for Series of Truck Mounted Special Boiler: manuals, factory test report and first-period spares included; commissioning and operator training arranged.
Buyer questions

Frequently asked about this equipment.

Buyers evaluating the truck-mounted boiler series usually ask about heat rating and truck integration.

What is the main application of Truck-Mounted Special Boiler in oilfields?

The truck is a mobile fired heater on wheels: it delivers hot water or steam at the rated temperature and pressure (350, 700 or 1000 kW across the series, 6 or 20 MPa) for the jobs that cold circulation cannot touch — downhole paraffin melting, flowline and pipeline thawing in winter, casing hot washing and site heating. It is the unit called out when a well is choked by wax or a gathering line is frozen solid.

What fuel options does the boiler system support?

The boiler burns light diesel or natural gas, and can run on on-site associated gas piped from the wellhead. Switching between the two fuels cuts delivered-fuel cost and puts the associated gas to work instead of flaring it; the burner and fuel train are specified for the available gas quality at order time.

How to ensure safety during high-temperature and high-pressure operation?

The fired loop carries interlocks for over-temperature, over-pressure, low water and flame failure, each tripping the burner rather than alarming. The electrical package is rated for the hazardous area, and the pressure circuit is sealed with relief valves sized to the 6 or 20 MPa rating. Confirm the explosion-proof class required by the site at order time so the documentation and protection set match.

Can the equipment work stably in extreme cold and harsh environments?

Yes. Low-temperature anti-freezing and full-vehicle heat preservation are carried as standard: the boiler ignites and holds continuous heating at -40℃ ambient, and the insulated body and fuel train handle high-temperature desert duty, wind-blown sand and road corrosion. State the site winter minimum and summer maximum in the inquiry so the cold-start and dust package is confirmed with the quote.

Can the Series of Truck Mounted Special Boiler be configured for a specific well programme?

Yes. The configuration is settled against the well programme before the order: heat output (350 kW, 700 kW or 1000 kW in this series), working pressure (6 MPa or 20 MPa), the 200℃ temperature rating, fuel mode (diesel or associated gas) and chassis layout are matched to the paraffin-removal or hot-washing duty, wellhead pressure rating and local emission rules, then written into the quotation and the factory test report.
